We’re a lutruwita/Tasmanian based Digital Accessibility Consultancy with a focus on providing cost-effective and bespoke digital accessibility solutions that meet you wherever you’re at. Our focus is on practicality above all and want our services to provide as much positive impact for you as possible.

We believe that everyone can make a difference to improve their accessibility, even with limited time or resources. We help you make accessibility simpler, so that you can be sure that you’re including as many people as possible to engage with your business or organisation.

Modality Co is a husband and wife team of accessibility professionals with a combined over 12 years experience. We are incredibly passionate about accessibility and love sharing our knowledge via consulting, coaching, providing for community, and connecting via training.

Rosie Putland (she/her)

Co-Founder & Principal Accessibility Consultant

Rosie is proudly Disabled, Autistic, and the leading force behind Modality Co.

She’s a trained digital accessibility consultant having worked in one of Australia’s largest Digital Accessibility consultancies, and made a big impact with public speaking and training. Rosie has worked with Australia’s biggest banks, large universities, but also small local councils and not-for-profits.

Rosie is known for her ability to create engaging presentations that change perspectives, her unwavering passion for the accessibility and disability community, and her special interest in ducks.

Matthew Putland (he/him)

Co-Founder & Digital Accessibility Specialist

Matt is a digital accessibility specialist who focuses on using a combination of good design and technical solutions to resolve accessibility issues.

Matt has worked for several of Australia’s long-standing digital accessibility consultancies, and is currently contracting in supporting the National Disability Insurance Agency.

His career has lead him to consulting with hundred’s of large and small organisations of all shapes and sizes.
